New Berlin Hotel, Berlin

The hotel rooms felt more like separate apartments, which we loved. They were huge, very comfy, newly furnished, and clean. However, we had an issue with an ice-cold room that took a while to be addressed.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences. The rooms were amazing; very spacious and comfortable, providing a clean and comfortable environment with lovely showers and great towels and toiletries. However, I did encounter an issue with the toilet, but the staff quickly moved me to another room. The only downside was the overcharge of 150 pounds for 2 nights, which I felt was excessive.

I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were a bit far from the main facilities but had a nice balcony, which was a nice touch. The service, while mostly good, had some early morning interruptions. The location was decent, convenient for accessing the city but not the best in Berlin. The dining was all right, with a nice selection. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience with minor inconveniences.
